Cancellation: A 48hr cancellation notice is required for all appointments. A credit/debit card is required to book. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled without the 48hr notice will be charged 25% of the total service amount. No call/No show and same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the total service amount. Please call if you will be late for your appointment. If I cannot accommodate you due to being late, your appointment will be canceled and a 50% service charge will apply. This is out of respect for my time and inability to fill that time with someone else that may have wanted your spot. Certain situations may be waived on an individual basis for emergency only.
Tardiness: Please be on time to your appointment. I set aside my time to make each client feel special. To keep my schedule running smooth, I will give a 15 min grace period. However, if you arrive past 15 mins late, your appointment will be cancelled and a 50% service cost FEE will apply OR your appointment time will be cut short. This is to respect everyone’s time. Thank you for your understanding.
Sickness: Treatments are not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware of any type of these conditions. Please follow the 48 hour cancellation request, if possible, to avoid any fees. If you arrive sick to your appointment, it will automatically be rescheduled with a 50% service cost FEE.
Children: As much as I love children, due to insurance policies, children under the age of 15 won’t be allowed in the treatment room (unless they are receiving a service). Any children accompanying you must sit in the waiting room with someone 18yrs or older. This is also out of respect for other providers in the building. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds: Due to our commitment to offering top-tier services and products, we do not offer refunds. If you’re unsatisfied with your service, we’ll ensure to make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority. Only products un-opened will be eligible for return within 7 days.
